1. We offer a 6 Month Handle Replacement Warranty on all our bats from the date of delivery. To avail, send us the photo of the bat along with your order ID at tramboosports@gmail.com or Whatsapp the same at 7889770026.
2. Customer will have to return the damaged bat to our warehouse at his own cost, if bat is not returned the warranty claim is considered void.
3. Customer must obtain our return approval before sending the bat to us, without the approval the claim is nullified.
4. If customer receive's a defective, damaged or different bat at the time of delivery, they need to share an unboxing video with clear evidence and order Id to our mail tramboosports@gmail.com.
5. In case the bat cant be repaired and the damage is genuine, a new bat will be sent out!
6. We offer the replacement only once and it is not applicable for the second time. Wood being a natural product can crack, break or bend from any part and it does not reflect the quality of the bat, bur rather the natural characteristics of wood.
