What is the Tramboo 1-Year Limited Cricket Bat Warranty?
The Tramboo 1-Year Limited Bat Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty applicable to all bats. The coverage period is one full year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
If your Tramboo bat develops a manufacturing defect or a material flaw within this period, we’ll ensure you’re back on the field as soon as possible.
How to Avail Warranty Service
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at tramboosports@gmail.com.
Please include your email address, contact number, order ID, and product details from your purchase confirmation email.
Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return or repair process.
If the issue is not reported within the given timeframe, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Pickup and Resend Policy
Customer must obtain our return approval before sending the bat to us, without the approval the claim is nullified.
If your product meets the eligibility criteria and passes the necessary inspection checks, Tramboo will process your repair request as per the following terms:

Free pickup service by Tramboo (subject to serviceable pin codes)
30–365 Days:
You will need to send your bat to Tramboo at your own expense.

Coverage Under the Tramboo 1-Year Limited Bat Warranty
1. Handle Breaks
Cause: General wear or manufacturing defect.
Solution: While the entire bat may not be replaced, the handle can be repaired or replaced without affecting performance.
2. Cracks Across the Blade
Cause: Naturally weak or dry willow.
Solution: Replaceable at Tramboo’s discretion, depending on usage conditions.
3. Surface Cracks on the Face
Cause: Regular wear, poor-quality balls, or improper knocking-in.
Solution: Not replaceable. These cracks do not impact performance. Protective face tape can prevent further damage.
4. Edge Cracks
Cause: Mistimed shots or lack of proper knocking-in.
Solution: Not replaceable. Such cracks are cosmetic and do not affect performance. Fiber tape is recommended for protection.
5. Toe Cracks
Cause: Regular wear or repeated impact at the bat’s toe (especially from yorkers).
Solution: Not replaceable.
6. Shoulder Cracks
Cause: Mishits or direct impact on the shoulder region.
Solution: Not replaceable.
7. Water or Moisture Damage
Cause: Using the bat in damp or wet conditions, leading to swelling or cracking upon drying.
Solution: Not replaceable, as this is not a manufacturing defect. Tramboo may attempt repair, but prevention using a toe guard is strongly advised.
8. Damage from Poor-Quality Balls or Mishandling
Cause: Use of low-grade or overly hard cricket balls, or striking the bat on non-cricket surfaces.
Solution: Not replaceable. Always use standard cricket balls from reputed manufacturers.
Important Note
The Tramboo 1-Year Limited Bat Warranty offers additional protection beyond the standard consumer rights.
This warranty does not replace or restrict any rights granted under applicable consumer laws; it merely complements them by providing added assurance and dedicated Tramboo support.
