Return Policy:

If you have received the wrong item or the product is damaged at the time of delivery, you are eligible to return the product. 

An unboxing video is mandatory and needs to be mailed to us within 48 hours of delivery at tramboosports@gmail.com, after that our team will get in touch with you and initiate the return and the refund process.

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of the order being placed via either DTDC or Delhivery. Tracking IDs will be shared through the mail. In case you haven't received any update after 72 hours, please reach out to us at tramboosports@gmail.com

Refund /Cancellation policy:

In case you want to cancel the order, you are eligible for a full refund if the product is not dispatched at the time of cancellation request. Refund will be initiated within 72 hours to the original source of payment. If the product is dispatched, the delivery charges paid by us will get deducted the balance will get refunded after we receive the package in our warehouse.
